Appointment Policies

Brows By Design works by appointment only!  Online booking is convenient, easy and always available!  We accept cash, debit cards, and all major credit cards.  Please do arrive to your appointments on time and no more than 15 minutes early.  Due to safety considerations and limited space we have a no children policy.  This ensures our technician is able to focus on the details of your procedure and treatments.

Skin Care Scheduling & Cancellation Policies

 A Credit card is required at the time of reserving a skin care appointment.  The credit card will not be charged unless the client does not show up or cancels the appointment within 48 hours of his/her scheduled appointment time.  The appointment may be rescheduled, however, the client must do so at least 48 hours prior to the original appointment. If the client cancels the appointment within 48 hours of the appointment or chooses to not show, the client will be charged 50% of the service price.   

Microblading Scheduling & Cancellation Policies

A reservation fee of $100 is required at the time of booking a microblading or permanent make-up appointment.  This fee will be deducted from the total price of the service provided.  If an appointment is to be cancelled or rescheduled, it must be done at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time.  The client will forfeit their reservation fee if the appointment is cancelled, and will be transferred if the appointment is rescheduled.  The rescheduled appointment must be within 14 days of the original appointment.  If the client has a late cancellation/ rescheduling or does not show up to the appointment, he/she will be charged 50% of the initial service price.
